Refund Policy

At Glass Bottom Designs we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

For ready-to-ship items, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-returnable items:​

  • Personalized/custom-made items (unless defective or damaged)

To start a return, contact us at create@glassbottomdesigns.com. We will provide you with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10 business days].

  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late or missing refunds?
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at create@glassbottomdesigns.com.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require a 50% deposit due at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your custom order, refunds will be approved within the following guidelines:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will be eligible for 100% refund of deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 24-72 hours will be eligible for 75% refund of deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 3-7 days will be eligible for 50% refund of deposit.

  • Cancellations made after 7 days will be eligible for 0% refund of deposit.

**Custom orders are not eligible for return.
